SEPHORA boasts possibly the widest array of perfumes under one roof on the entire planet. Upon entering the perfume haven one is staggered to discover that the million bottles that one has just been greeted with are merely the 'new releases' of the season.

As you venture further into the cavern of nasal ecstasy it begins to dawn on one just how vast the perfume industry truly is and why the French are renowned for their expertise in visual presentation (though Sephora itself is US owned). All the shop assistants are decked out in these fancy gloves for example, so that they don't soil any packaging or bottle with their fingerprints!

You can probably find everything under the sun that has ever been created to make man or woman smell less foul. Humans have forever been camouflaging their natural body odours by all sorts of concoctions and the practice looks well set to continue with Sephora leading the way.

Things aren't particularly cheap however, but then which perfume manufacturer can tarnish their reputation by producing something truly 'cheap' for example. Things are quite reasonable if you happen to be visiting from the UK which is ridiculously expensive. Only baked beans are cheaper in good old England.
