One or two murder scenes aside, there is little fresh in this typical 80's slasher offering. The plot involves this weird family who offer their creepy house to student lodgers...who inevitably start getting bumped off one by one. Its fairly standard fare really, with a bit of nudity thrown in just for the heck of it. The family's dark secret turns out to be rather predictable in the end.

Pretty uninspired stuff other than a decent shock murder on the beach followed by a particularly stylish death scene a la Psycho with swinging light bulb and all! Also Barbara Steele, once Queen of Horror hams it up as a demented soul. Strictly for people who take their horror films a little too seriously like those guys from Scream.
